While we are mtb team, it’s not quite that season yet. With Oregon’s wealth of forested land the possibilities for linking routes together can be seemingly limitless. That’s why when I’m not bottoming my suspension and burping tires I’ll often be found on the road bike….denting rims and clipping pedals. As with most gravel enthusiast in Portland, Otto Miller Rd is a frequent destination for a quick fix. It’s never really enough, though. Which is why I have always wanted to plot a route through the Chehelem Mtns to link up Highway 30 and the Dairy Creek drainage. Super pleased that a few recon rides later this ‘event’ is going down! Hope to see you there.
